A few weeks ago, I ran a poll on my Instagram stories asking about what Christmas-related content y’all wanted to see. There was a resounding majority vote for my Christmas wishlist – and I’ve gotta give the people what they want, obviously! So without any further ado, let’s get into some of the items I’ve put on my Christmas wishlist this year.
Tripod and ring light
For a while now, I’ve been considering the possibility of getting into making video content for this blog. I have a really great camera that’s perfect for recording video, but I definitely need a tripod and a ring light to make my indoor filming at the quality I want for this blog. So this is kind of the highlight of my wishlist – neither item is ~super pricey~ but it’s definitely the gift I think I’ll get the most use out of.
Professional clothing
My internship this spring is business casual, so I’m definitely looking to spice up my wardrobe with a few more professional pieces. I get pretty much all of my work clothing from J. Crew and J. Crew Factory, so it makes sense that I’m asking largely for J. Crew clothing items. I also didn’t realize how into dark green I’ve been recently until I put this selection of clothing together.
Alex & Ani Harry Potter ring
I’ve been hardcore obsessed with this ring ever since I found it. It’s got the HP glasses and scar, and I just think it would look so cute and be a fun everyday jewelry piece.
Kate Spade Apple Watch band
I actually found this band before I even got an Apple Watch, so that’s some type of dedication, haha. I love polka dots, so this classic little black and white number is right up my alley. It’d also be nice to have a second band so that I can swap out bands based on what matches my outfits better.
Starbucks ornaments
I found a couple of the Starbucks ornaments with various locations on them (like a DC and a Georgia one), and now I’m determined to cover my mini Christmas tree in them. I’m particularly fond of the Florida one, the French press, and this cute geometric design one that I saw at Target the other day. Unfortunately, I’m not linking these online because Starbucks closed their online store (sad) and the ones on Amazon are double the price they retail for in stores.
DoTerra essential oils
I got an oil diffuser for my birthday, and I’ve had the Holiday Joy oil pumping through my apartment nonstop since I got it. I definitely want to get a few others – On Guard, Serenity, and Peace are some of my favorites – so those are currently on the wishlist.
Resistance band
There’s always those one or two items that your gym doesn’t have that you really wish it did. For me, that’s resistance bands. (To be fair, they have a few, but they’re not really the style of resistance band I’m looking for.) I really want one that’s for your legs/booty, and I’ve heard so many good things about this one.
3-Day Bender curling iron
I always have one gift that doesn’t make it on to my actual wishlist, and that’s usually the one that I end up buying for myself as a Christmas present. (Side note: do other people also buy themselves Christmas presents after they’ve bought everyone else’s? Or is this just something I do because it just so happens that I end up spending my birthday money around the Christmas season?) Anyways, I really want to start wearing my hair lightly curled more often, and this curling iron seems like the perfect way to get the texture I want.
And that’s about it for my Christmas wishlist! Let me know what you’re asking for this Christmas in the comments. 🙂

That ring is so cute! And I totally feel you with the Starbucks ornaments – my school has a Starbucks that I go to almost every day and the stuff in there is just too cute!
Great list! Loved seeing this.
P.S. yes, I buy myself Christmas gifts as well lol, sometimes just not worth asking other people to go through the hassle for something you want.
