Today’s video is a brief overview of some of the changes I’m making to my current diet and exercise routines in order to lean out a bit for spring break. Quick disclaimer: this isn’t a short-term “drop 10 pounds” solution – I’m a huge believer that fitness should be a lifestyle and that you should be doing things to keep your body healthy year-round. These are just a few changes aimed at a little extra fat loss for bikini season.
