Notice anything different about the site today? The logo got a little tagline addition, and the categories have been revamped! That’s because Espresso and Ambition is going through a little bit of a makeover itself.
Since I started this blog, it’s kind of been a “jack of all trades” space. And there’s nothing wrong with that. It was a great way to write about anything I wanted – fashion, beauty, college, travel, you name it. And I might write about some of those topics in the future on occasion, but I wanted to really narrow down Espresso and Ambition to be a place where I can talk about the things that I know best. And for me, that’s health and productivity – hence the new tagline!
Expect a lot more posts on those topics in the future – from meal prep ideas to workouts (yeah, I’m gonna start filming those!) to organization tools. I’m really excited to be giving this little blog of mine a more defined purpose and direction, and I hope you’re excited too.
On that note, I wanted to give a few “life updates” in this post as well.
- First, I’m done with college! Yes, I’m now in that terrifying post-grad limbo where I’m searching for jobs and starting the moving process and diving into it headfirst. Expect lots of advice about moving and keeping yourself motivated in transition periods.
- I’m getting certified as a personal trainer! I’ve started the NASM program, and I’m so excited to be able to use the knowledge I get from the program to my own workouts, to the content I produce on this blog and on my YouTube channel, and maybe to my own clients someday.
- I’m officially on a “summer slimdown.” I’ll be writing a whole post about what this means for my health and fitness routine, but I’m working to counteract what graduation festivities and a full month of global travel has done to me. It’s been really, really nice to get back into a concrete routine again.
That’s all for today, folks! Make sure you stick around for what’s going to be (in my not-at-all-biased opinion) some of Espresso and Ambition’s best content yet.
xo, Taylor
I love that you’re following your passion! Although I don’t really gravitate towards these types of blogs, I will still continue to check yours out as much as I can!
