I finally got around to bringing the camera into the gym with me!! Today’s workout is all about those lats (and rear delts too) – I love putting together fun supersets that really make my workouts interesting and (super) sweaty. If you try it, lemme know!!

THE WORKOUT:
LISS – 15-minute walk, 3.5 mph at 12% incline
Superset 1 – 3 SETS
- 10 barbell rows
- 10 inverse barbell rows
Set 2 – 3 SETS
- 5 assisted pull-ups
Superset 3 – 3 SETS
- 10 single arm reverse flys
- 10 single arm rear delt pulls
Superset 4 – 4 SETS
- 10 wide-grip lat pulldowns
- 10 close-grip underhand lat pulldowns
