Hello hello!! Today’s video is a “push day” workout – aka we’re hittin’ the shoulders, the chest muscles, and even a little bit of triceps/abs. As much as I love me a good leg day, I’ve started really loving these upper body days as well. Enjoy, and if you try it, let me know how it goes!

THE WORKOUT:
WARM-UP – 5-minute incline walk
Superset 1 – 3 SETS
-12 Arnold presses
-10 rear delt flys
Superset 2 – 3 SETS
-8 dumbbell chest presses
-AMRAP decline push-ups (can modify here to regular push-ups or incline push-ups!)
Superset 3 – 3 SETS
-8 rope tricep extensions
-10 side-to-side tuck-ins
Superset 4 – 3 SETS
-10 heavy lateral raises
-10 lateral raises w/ static hold in the opposite arm
COOL DOWN: static stretching
