Comin’ at ya today with a speedy HIIT workout to get your heart rate up without spending ages on the treadmill. Even during the colder months where I tend to do less cardio, aerobic exercises is still super important to your overall health and wellbeing. This video’s got its own timer running the entire time, so you can take me to the gym (or your home, or wherever you want to work out) with you and follow along!
THE WORKOUT
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeat 2x
- Box jumps
- Spider crunch step to half-burpees
- Step to sumo squat into squat jumps
- Side shuffles
- Reverse lunge to hops
