-kettlebell squats 3×12
-kettlebell swings 3×12
-burpees 3×10
superset 2
-barbell squats 3×8
-pulsing curtsy lunges 3×8
superset 3
-hip thrusts 3×8
-b-stance hip thrusts on barbell 3×10
superset 4
-bulgarian split squats 3×8
-good mornings 3×12
cool down: static stretching
