i’ve put together a full body workout that will kill you in the best sort of way! the first superset focuses on legs, the next on upper body, the third on core, and then there’s a hiit portion to end your workout with a bang! this workout will definitely test the limits of your stamina and have you dripping sweat, so let’s do this thing!
~the workout~
warm up: 5 minute cardio of choice
superset 1 (lower body) – 3 sets
– 10 sumo goblet squats
– 10 sumo squat jumps
– 8 reverse lunges per side
– 8 jumping lunges per side
superset 2 (upper body) – 3 sets
– 12 barbell rows
– 12 diamond front raises
– bicep 21s
superset 3 (core) – 3 sets
– 15 medicine ball sit-ups
– 15 medicine ball russian twists
– 12 corkscrew leg lefts
– 20 quick mountain climbers (both legs is 1 rep)
hiit – 0:40 on, 0:20 off, do all 6 exercises twice
– side shuffles
– plank walk to push-up
– front/lateral/reverse lunge complex
– dumbbell jumping jacks
– jump squat to oblique twist
– plank shoulder/toe taps
cool down: static stretching
