wow, it’s been a hot minute since i posted a back workout here! this one’s full of a lot of pull-up and pull-up-adjacent exercises, so if being able to do one (or multiple) of those is something on your fitness goal list, this is a good one for ya!
~ the workout ~
warm up
- 5 minute cardio of choice
superset 1 – 3 sets
- 5 assisted chin-ups
- 5 assisted pull-ups
1 set
- 5 chin-up/pull-up negatives
superset 2 – 3 sets
- 10 bent-over underhand rows
- 8 reverse rows
superset 3 – 3 sets
- 8 single-arm straight-arm pushdowns
- 12 single-arm high rows
superset 4 – 3 sets
- 8 cross-body bicep curls
- 8 slow release bicep curls
cool down
- static stretching
