ahhh yay i’m back with another leg workout! this one’s great for hiding out in a corner of the gym with a set of dumbbells when it’s super busy – which, if your gym is anything like mine, is basically all the time on weekdays. enjoy!!

warm up
- 5 minute cardio of choice
superset 1 – 3 sets
- 12 squat-pulse-surrenders
- 12 squat jacks
set 2 – 3 sets
- 8 four-point lunges
superset 3 – 3 sets
- 8 single-leg RDLs
- 12 straight-leg RDLs
superset 4 – 4 sets
- 10 single-leg glute bridges
- 15 glute bridges w/ pulse
cool down
- static stretching
