warm up
- 5 minute cardio of choice
superset 1 – 3 sets
- 10 diamond front raises
- 10 shoulder presses
superset 2 – 3 sets
- 10 narrow-grip chest presses
- 8 bent-arm lateral raises
set 3 – 3 sets
- 8 incline chest presses
superset 4 – 3 sets
- 8 single-arm cable tricep extensions
- 10 overhead rope cable tricep extensions
finisher – 1 set
- 5-4-3-2-1 lateral raises w/hold
cool down
- static stretching
