i’ve gotten asked a number of times about how to get into filming yourself at the gym, so this little video is just a combination of my biggest tips for doing it (and doing it well)! even if you’re not trying to post videos on an instagram or youtube channel, filming yourself in the gym is one of the BEST ways to improve your form and see what you need to work on. i super highly recommend it. 🙂
