while working out on vacation is by no means mandatory (take a break can be really good for you sometimes!), sometimes you just wanna squeeze in a little sweat sesh to get the blood flowing or get out some excess energy. if that’s the case, i’ve got just the thing for you! this is a hiit-style workout that’s great for when you’re short on time/space/equipment – and can be done on vacation or not. 😛

:40 on/:20 off (can also be done as :30 on/:30 off)
- squat to reverse lunge to curtsy lunge
- push up to toe taps
- plank walk out to single arm/leg balance
- squat star jump with twist
- high knees to mountain climbers
(repeat as many times as you want!)
