deadlifts are an excellent staple in your workout routine, and there are so many different ways you can do them that target different muscle groups and provide different advantages. i use all 6 in my workouts and love the variety they provide! (also: you can totally do them with dumbbells or other heavy-ish items you may have at home while the gyms are closed!)
