:40 on/:20 off / repeat 2x
- push up to spider crunches {modification: knee push ups to spider crunches}
- constant tension squats
- tricep dips to bicycle twists {modification: bend knees in tricep dip}
- single-leg hip thrusts {modification: both legs!}
- plank walk out to commando
- chair pistol squats {modification: front leg as a kickstand, or normal chair squats}
- 2 part sit-ups
- elevated glute bridges
- v push-ups {modification: both feet on the ground}
- clamshells
